What is the delivery time?
We ship all orders within the delivery time mentioned on each product, from the date of order. Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days post shipping.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping within India on all orders. For International orders, shipping charges vary as per country.
Do you offer customisation?
Yes. The outfit can be custom made according to your measurements or any particular specifications you have in terms of color, adding sleeves, etc. You may get in touch with us on Whatsapp for the same.
What are the modes of payment you accept?
We currently accept only prepaid orders. The mode of payment entirely depends on your convenience. You can choose to pay online through any UPI app or do a bank transfer. We take very strict measures to ensure a fair and secure transaction.
Can I opt for a faster delivery?
You can contact us to check for the same. Within Delhi, we can upgrade it to a speedier delivery service, such as Borzo/Porter. In this case, the delivery charges will have to be borne by the customer.

How do I select the right size?

Is there a Return/Exchange or Refund for a Product?
If the outfit doesn’t fit you well, you can return it to us and we will alter it for you (size up or size down). We do not have a refund policy. Refer to our return policy here.
What can I do if my custom made garment does not fit me?
We keep margins in all our custom made outfits. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However, if anything comes up you can contact us and we will alter it for you.
