What is the return policy at Sonakshi Goyal Label?

If the outfit doesn’t fit you well, you can return it to us and we will alter it for you (size up or size down).
For example, you ordered S (small) but you realised it is tight, so we can increase the margins and make it looser to get you the perfect fit.

For “made to measure” outfits, usually the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However, if anything comes up we would be happy to assist you.

  • For exchange, please inform us within 5 days of the product being delivered to you.
  • You shall WhatsApp us with your order details and the issue faced.
  • The items to be returned should be shipped to the following address mentioning your name, address, number and order id on the parcel.
    • Address: G-96, LGF, Saket, New Delhi -110017
  • We would ship the altered outfit back to you within 3-5 days.
  • Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Sonakshi Goyal Label on the given address.
  • The items to be returned must follow our eligibility criteria to be acceptable for return.
  • For international orders, the customer will have to bear both to-and-fro charges for the exchange parcel.

When is my order not eligible for return/exchange?

We at Sonakshi Goyal Label, take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. All our products are double-checked for any defect/damage before being dispatched to you.

Please go through the eligibility criteria mentioned below for a return to be acceptable.

  • The products should be returned in their original condition, tags and packaging.
  • www.sonakshigoyal.com holds the right to not accept a return if a piece shows signs of wear/use/damage.
  • All the sale and discounted purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.
  • We do not consider a fabric texture and weave irregularity a defect. It is considered natural when handloom fabrics are used.
  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and details of our products that appear on the site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s/smart phone’s/iPad’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
  • All embellished products are exclusively hand-crafted using multiple techniques, individually handled at different stages, and any irregularities must be taken as an intrinsic part of its natural process.
  • Return/Exchange not accepted for any other reason other than a size issue, in which case we would be happy to resize it for you.

What is the refund policy at Sonakshi Goyal Label?

We are “Made To Order”, hence we do not have a refund policy.
Our brand is sustainable and follows a zero waste approach, so the products are handcrafted for each individual order and can only be resized.
